BAE Systems Change Project
A picture for the MAI division of BAE Systems to illustrate their wide ranging change programme affecting their business processes and ways of working.
I always enjoy working with BAE Systems. They are local to me and have used me for many Rich Pictures. I am told that some managers bring their staff to look at the pictures and admonish them “you are not doing it like it says in the picture!”.
Having seen some previous work, I engaged Paul to produce a rich picture for a complex business transformation project. Paul's ability to quickly grasp the project detail and depict the process innovatively has been extremely valuable. It has been a pleasure to work with Paul throughout the process. The resulting work is excellent and will be a useful communication tool in implementing change across our organization.
